Free, no obligation advice - Our friendly, knowledgeable staff are on hand to give you an accurate, up-to-date rental evaluation and advice on how to maximise the rental potential of your property. A lick of paint can go a long way.

Tailored, personal service - Whether you have one or a hundred properties we will design a package specifically for you depending on your needs. We aim to make the process enjoyable and straightforward and pride ourselves on our ability to listen to what you actually require, not just what we want to give.

Competitive commission rates - 12% commission is the only charge you pay. For our commission you will receive: marketing, unlimited viewings, credit and reference checking of tenants, legal agreements, utility changeover, check-in and out, inventory preparation, rental collection and forwarding and ongoing management of tenants and your property. Everything really.

Experienced, professional staff - We have many years experience in the property industry and are on hand 7 days a week to fit around your life, not ours. We will manage the whole process for you, you can relax and reap the financial benefits from your armchair, without the hassle of tenants calling day and night.

No set up/marketing/admin fees - None. None at all. None at all at all. Our monthly commission of 12% is the only charge you ever pay. (excluding maintenance costs of course)
